The Federation operates ‘Progress Consultations’ on a Wednesday morning before timetabled lessons start.

These offer a chance for parents to discuss their child’s progress with subject teachers and learning mentors (tutor).

Parents may make a 10/15 minute appointment by contacting the school by telephone or email.

It would help us if when booking an appointment, you could give some idea of what you would like to discuss as well as the person you would like to speak with – e.g. if it is a general / pastoral issue then you will probably want to see your child’s learning mentor, or if it is a subject specific issue then you will want to see your child’s subject teacher.

Where a parent is unable to attend on a Wednesday morning staff will do their best to accomodate an alternative time, taking in to account teaching and meeting commitments.
